WBTET Paper-I (class I to V) Lower Primary Teacher :
WB Teacher Eligibility Test class-I to V for appearing qualified senior secondary examination or Equivalent obtaining at least 45% marks. The candidates who are in the second year of Diploma in Elementary Education / Fourth Year of Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education / Second Year of Diploma in Education in Special Education and the candidates who have B.Sc./ B.A. or B.Ed degrees are also eligible to apply.
WBTET Paper-II (class VI to VIII) Upper Primary Teacher :
WB Teacher Eligibility Test for class-VI to VIII appearing or passed B.Ed / B.Sc / BA obtaining at least 45%, person who appearing 12th / B.Ed with 50% marks, candidates appearing in the fourth year Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/ BA/B.Sc in Education/ B.Ed in Special Education are eligible to apply.
